Returns

 

We want you to love every product you purchase; however, we understand that sometimes what you'd like to return what you've bought, so we do our best to accommodate returns where possible and make it as easy as possible.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@magi-home.com within 24 hours and we will issue you a credit within 3-5 business days. However, in some instances, if your product has already shipped from the manufacturer, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Return Authorization

To exchange or return a product you purchased within the past 30 days, please email customerservice@magi-home.com with your order number, reason for the return, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping details for your return.  If the return is sent back to anyplace other than the address on the RA form, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to send item to correct address.  Please note no return will be accepted without an RA number and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Return Eligibility

Some items may not be eligible for return, including all custom and made to order items.  All other items have a 25% restocking fee.  This is driven by the manufacturers.  Please see product details for the return policy on the particular piece you're interested in. In order to be eligible for return, all products must be unused and in its original condition.  Magi Home will not be able to accept any return that is not in its original packaging.       

Damage

When you receive an item, please inspect it immediately for damage.  If received via freight delivery, if you receive a shipment with obvious freight damage, you must refuse the shipment at time of delivery and ask the driver to note the damage on the bill of lading.  We will then order and ship a replacement piece to you at no charge.  If you, or the person receiving the item on your behalf signs for the shipment without reporting any damage, you are then responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the freight company.  Please make sure you inspect all packages before you sign for them.  

Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Return Freight

Magi Home offers free shipping on its products.  However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, plus the cost of the original shipment which Magi Home offered as part of its promotion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  However, if you'd like to  receive your refund with a Magi Home store credit, the original shipment cost will not be charged.
